Brave

Brave is a film by Pixar animation, an American computered-animated fantasy film and released by Walt Disney Pictures. It was all about a brave, beautiful, red-haired princess named Princess Merida of the clan Dunbroch. She was taught by her father, King Fergus, how to do archery in a very young age. Her mother, Queen Elinor, objects the idea that a princess should be taught to do archery. Princess Merida got passionate in doing archery but her mother always insist in doing what she loves. She wanted her mother to change and accept her greatest desire – archery. One day, she followed a mystical creature that led her to an old and dusty shack and decided to explore it. Unconsciously, she didn’t knew that she’ll got into a great journey that soon arises with self-realization, love and acceptance.

This movie is highly recommended to mothers and their daughters. This movie shows how important communication is between a mother and a daughter. It also shows what family love can do to a family and what the abscence of trust can do harm in a family relationship. The movie can be watched by any age and is highly child friendly.
